Reinza Reminder Is Now Live

We have launched Reinza Reminder, a filing deadline tracker for UK companies. It went live on 31 August 2026 at reminder.reinza.com.

The idea came out of a problem this site keeps coming back to: a limited company has obligations to two separate bodies, running on different cycles, and nobody sets them out in one place. We wrote about that in our guide to UK company filing deadlines.

Adding companies

You add a company by its Companies House number. Reminder looks it up on the public register and pulls back the company name, status, year end and the filing dates that follow from it.

After that it syncs daily, so a change at Companies House — a new year end, a change of status — comes through without you doing anything.

If you have a list already, you can paste the whole thing in — one number per line, or separated by commas. Reminder works through them and assigns internal references automatically, or you can set your own prefix and starting number if you have an existing numbering system.

Adding companies in bulk by pasting Companies House numbers

Each company can carry an internal reference and a private note. Notes are internal only and never appear in anything sent out.

What you see

The dashboard opens on what needs attention, over a window you choose.

Overdue items come first, in red, with the number of days by which they have been missed. Then everything approaching, in date order, with the days remaining against each one.

Each filing has a Mark filed button. Once something is dealt with, it comes off the list.

There is also a Monitoring only mode. Companies in that mode still appear on the dashboard for reference, but are excluded from email reminders and from the red alerts. It is for companies you want to keep an eye on without being chased about them.

Open any company and you get its full filing timeline — Corporation Tax payment, CT600, annual accounts, confirmation statement — each with its due date and days remaining, running out to the following year.

What you get by email

Reminders arrive before each deadline, grouped into Overdue and Approaching deadlines.

Every deadline in the email carries three quick-add links — one each for Google Calendar, Outlook (work/Microsoft 365) and Outlook (personal/Hotmail) — so you can add that filing straight into the calendar you already use.

The email also has a .ics file attached that adds every deadline in it to any calendar app at once.

Each email shows when the data was last synced with Companies House, so you know how current it is.

The reminder schedule is shown against each filing — 14 days before, then 7 days by default. You can change those intervals to suit how far ahead you want warning.

What you can send to clients

Any company can be exported as a PDF filing schedule.

The PDF carries your own practice name, website and email at the top — you set those once in settings — then a table of the company's filings: what is due, for which period, by when, and its current status.

It is a client-ready document. You do not need to rebuild it in Word.

Your data

You can export your data at any time — the current view, a client summary, or everything. It stays yours.

The service and its database run on our own equipment in the United Kingdom, with backups held in the UK.

Company information comes from the Companies House public register, which is publicly available business information. Which companies you choose to monitor is not — that is your own confidential business information, and it is treated as such.

Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store full card numbers.

The full privacy policy is published on the Reminder site.

Who it is for

Anyone who needs to keep track of Companies House dates.

Accountants and bookkeepers acting for a portfolio of client companies. Twenty clients means twenty year ends, twenty confirmation statement dates and twenty sets of filing deadlines, all on different cycles.

Company secretarial providers with the same problem at a larger scale.

Directors who want their own company's dates somewhere they will actually see them, rather than relying on post arriving at a registered office nobody checks.

There is no minimum. One company is as valid a use as two hundred.

What it costs

£4.99 a month, or £20 a year.

No per-company charge.

Free access is available on request. Email us and we will set it up.
